Daystar’s founder to make history by launching Saturday services

Saturday services at Daystar Christian Center will begin on April 7, 2018.

Pastor Sam Adeyemi is making history by starting Saturday services at his church, Daystar.

According to the church’s bulletin, Saturday services at Daystar Christian Center will begin on April 7, 2018.

The first will be held by 6–7:15PM at the Church Premises, Plot A3C Ikosi Road, Oregun, Ikeja, Lagos.

This service is for people who are unable to attend services on Sundays. This way, everyone, irrespective of their busy schedule, get an opportunity to attend church at least once a week.

Fast Facts on Pastor Adeyemi’s church

Daystar was inaugurated on November 15, 1995, after a divine calling on July 1994.

Initially, services were held on the 4th floor at Eko Chinese Restaurant at 76 Allen Avenue.

Eventually, the location changed to 71 Oregon Road, which is now Kudirat Abiola Way.

The church has five core purposes- membership, maturity, ministry, worship, evangelism, and mission.

Daystar is currently one of the most attended churches in Lagos state.
